The position supports the General Counsel in the provision of all legal and compliance
services
to the Company and its subsidiaries, but will focus principally on providing legal guidance on business transactions, healthcare matters, regulatory compliance, governance and ethics, policy development and general corporate law. The Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements and business associate agreements; and advise the Company on developments and trends in regulatory matters in order to prevent legal problems before they arise and favorably position the Company for when they do. In addition, this role provides support to multiple areas of the business through timely advice and counsel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
