Responsibilities:
Function as primary creator and coordinator of creative concepts for the AMG Creative Services Team as well as vendor coordination.
Formulates concepts and then assigns and directs staff members to develop design concepts into art layouts and prepare layouts for printing. Reviews and confers budget, background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, techniques, and related production factors with Creative Director as well as staff.
Reviews, approves, and presents final layouts to Creative Director for approval.
Serves as one of the senior members of AMG Creative Services Team working directly with AMG Creative Director and Directors of Client Services to serve both prospective and confirmed clients.
Prepares all estimated costs associated with creative, design and finished art for assignments.
Prepares responsibility lists and status reports for each project as needed.
Participates in Creative Services Team brainstorming sessions by contributing/generating ideas/concepts to meet client's objectives, strategies and problems.
Confirms all elements of promotion are being executed at all levels as well as handle onsite execution where applicable.
Makes sure all materials comply with all legal regulations (if applicable).
Establishes positive and productive relationships with vendor partners - such as printers, coupon providers, FSI providers, Web providers and any other sanctioned partner for the duration of promotion, project or agency of record relationship.
Designs, develops and produces project recaps for all team members and clients on a project-by-project basis.
Assist in the graphic design needs and set up of prospective new client pitches and presentations.
On as needed basis, creates and produces artwork resulting in collateral materials to meet client needs. Includes, but is not limited to the creative layout and design for point-of-sale materials, direct mail pieces, banners, coupons, print advertising, free standing inserts (FSI's), electronic ads, consumer entry forms (sweepstakes) and web site features.
Qualifications:
Eight to ten years of graphic design experience with an ad agency, media firm or consumer packaged goods company with direct responsibilities for project budgets, vendors and personnel.
Full capabilities in commonly used graphics packages in either Mac or PC based, such as Quark Xpress, Adobe Photoshop and a working knowledge of Microsoft's suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
