(AIOCG) is a fast growing commercial roofing company in the Tri-State area from Ct, NY, NJ, Ma, RI, we are looking for a Construction Estimator who can analyze blueprints, create take-off and estimates using Stack software, as part of the company's bidding process.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product.
Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service, by creating take-off using Stack estimating software.
Creating labor estimates for any project.
This position is a lead position in our estimating/sales department.
The candidate, must have knowledge of the building industry, knowledge of mac a plus, and must be comfortable in a small office environment.
We are looking for someone who is very outgoing also very comfortable dealing with people in the construction industry, able to talk confidently on the phone, this will be a full time position from our local office in Wilton, Connecticut.
