$90,000 - $125,000 base depending on experience - with a significant additional commission structure.

We need you to join us and be a key to our success! Our Lead Landscape Designer/Lead Landscape Architects will:
Meet with our clients to understand the needs of their gardens and properties, observe their aesthetics, and link their homes architecture to its environment through creative designs.
Lead/mentor/train a landscape design team and utilize them in your design/sales process.
Present proposed designs to the client, work through and finalize budgets, as well as sign design and construction proposals.
Act as the main design contact and voice throughout the process, visit client sites and meet with the Construction and maintenance teams throughout the project to ensure client satisfaction and creative visions are being realized.
Network with other residential design professionals, magazine editors, and real-estate professionals to generate organic leads and marketing opportunities.
Contribute to departmental and companywide initiatives, goals, and growth plans.
Introduce and promote additional Glengate offerings such as architectural services for garden elements, Irrigation, Pool Care, Floral & Fine Gardening, outdoor furniture and d cor, as well as educate clientele on the importance of ongoing Property Care ensuring the gardens you create mature to their full potential.

Have advanced capabilities using AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, sketch-up, and the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Are proficient with hand graphics and rendering skills, and possess a knowledge of grading, drainage, and horticulture.
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or the equivalent in the Landscape Design field with at least 4 years of work experience within a Landscape Architect/design studio.

Lead Landscape Designer/Landscape Architects are the face of our firm.
They meet and converse with clients to understand their needs and observe their lifestyles and aesthetic tastes--while leading a team of designers from the conceptualization of the project to the creation of impactful gardens and outdoor spaces.
Our Lead Landscape Designers/Landscape Architects work closely with our construction department in a highly integrated process that ensures their vison is realized.
