Since our front desk receptionists serve as the first point of contact for our patients and clients, we are constantly looking for individuals who share our passion to help people and possess the desire to try to do things better and more efficiently.

Front Desk Receptionists are expected to provide a stellar patient experience while maintaining reception and clerical support.
Responsibilities:
Greeting patients warmly both over the phone and in face-to-face encounters.
Provide a superior patient experience as a positive ambassador in support of Performances patient-centric model of health care.
Address and resolve any problems that a patient may have to the best of one's abilities.
Escalates unresolved problems to manager.
Expresses compassion, understanding, and empathy at all times.
Collects co-pays and fees for service.
Answer phones.
Obtains and properly distributes messages.
Performs general office duties as assigned.
Knowledge of office equipment/ Microsoft office.
Requirements.
Previous front desk experience a must.
Excellent customer service and communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task while working quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
