Our growing Pool Care division is seeking an Administrative Support person.
This multi-function position plays an instrumental role in the success of the Pool Care department.
You will perform and assist the Pool Care Admin Managers with many functions, daily tasks and duties associated with the servicing of our Pool Care clients.
Your strong admin support skills, phone/customer service skills and clerical knowledge will be necessary for this highly visible, multi-faceted position that has an impact across the company.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to allow PC Admin Managers time to focus on their core dutiesSchedule/Dispatch Assistance for our clients Answer Phones/Client Contact/Follow up with heavy client communications regarding all aspects of service and triage client issuesStay in contact with technicians for Updates, Midday Dispatch, End of Day Check inAssisting with New Clients/Proposals, Renewals and basic contract processingOn-Call Schedule - maintaining and communicating the technician on-call schedule and provide our answering service with updated on-call informationIndustry Licenses/Certificates - enrolls employees in classes, sets up testing, maintains recordsScheduling Pool Industry Events - registrations, hotel reservations, etc.
,Pool Care Office OrganizationCall for Fuel Deliveries - contact client's gas/propane providers when levels indicate delivery is neededCreate and maintain Saturday On Call Schedule (in season) Performs other administrative or projects as required or as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential.
Pool industry experience is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Availability to work several Saturdays during the swim seasonComfortable handling heavy phones in season and be able to calmly assist clientsHere's the top 5 reasons to join our team!
