About the roleWhat you need to know:
This role is a critical process lead role with the AIG 200 reinsurance finance transformation program.
Specific areas of responsibility include working as part of the transformation team to:
Define future state end to end processes and operating modelIdentify critical gaps between current state and future state through fit gap assessment and define options/recommendation on how to close the gapApproach and scope for data conversion needed to support the go forward processSupport the testing and sign off processWork with the various teams and geographical locations on change management and trainingPosition has high visibility at departmental senior management level, and interacts with various levels of individuals and organizations, as well as with regional teams (reinsurance placement, finance controllers, CFOs, legal, systems, etc.
), product line managementExpected to create alignment through thought leadership, critical thinking, direction/context setting and stakeholder communications.
What we're looking for:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (finance major preferred)Advanced degree and/or designation in a related field a plus (i.
e.
ARe or CPCU designations, MBA, CPA, MS, PhD, ACAS, FCAS, etc.
)
Experience:

years of relevant experience in an insurance/reinsurance company
Experience:
Extensive ceded reinsurance experience; managing and leading others; increasing levels of responsibility in a large scale organization Knowledge, Skills and Abilities15
years of experience managing day to day reinsurance and finance operations10

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
