DescriptionTradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for a project located in Wilton, CT.
This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $21-28/hour based on experience and skill level.

Plan and schedule facility maintenance using CMMS and associated software programsPerform administrative duties Receive and schedule work for subcontractors and onsite personnelEnter missing data and/or modify as necessary to ensure correctnessInterface with customer if necessary to clarify scope of work requested and follow up with status as requiredCreate schedule and dispatch to applicable team member on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisGenerate and dispatch weekly and monthly PMsTrack progress throughout the month to ensure complianceMaintain work order logs for monthly reports, making changes as necessary to ensure correctnessProcess daily time sheets for team and ensure correctnessAssist in procuring material and services to include issuing and maintaining POs and invoicesSchedule and maintain safety matrix for team membersMaintain physical and electronic filing/databasesRequirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years experience in a facilities maintenance, facilities management or customer service role required Experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred Experience in managing service delivery for trades labor such as Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or other hard services preferred Proficiency working within CMMS Advanced proficiency MS Windows Applications, including MS Excel and Word Company DetailsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
