This Role Will Provide:
-Key coordination and project management support for the Program Management Office?
-Assist in the management of strategic initiatives across the organization?
-Interface with multiple departments and Senior Level Executives?
-Hold accountability to the Vice President of the Strategy and PMO in assisting to deliver the value and benefit of each initiative
-Responsible for tracking and maintaining market and analyst research on the recovery audit space company's
position
and strengths/weaknesses vis- -vis the competition.

Key Responsibilities
oProvide hands-on support for the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
oAssist with analysis and coordination of work activity and program management reporting and processes as well as maintenance of project data, budgets, schedules, resources, meeting scheduling and coordination.
oProvide administrative support written, verbal, and team facilitation communications from PMO office, project sponsor, champions, stakeholders, team members, and Sr. Management.
oDevelop processes for monitoring project progress and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and partners.
oMonitor actual project progress against agreed schedules and plans. Monitor project performance and publish project status data at key stages throughout the project.
oProvide updates or adjustments to the project plan as necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the key deliverables defined at the start of the project.
oParticipate and, in some cases, lead efforts in preparing various presentations, reports and/or analyses for senior management and the Board of Directors related to the Company's operational and financial performance and strategy.
oEstablish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required.
oConduct special projects requiring a high degree of confidentiality and expert knowledge of multiple departments within the company.
oPerform ad-hoc analysis and standard reporting requests in a concise and timely manner with data gathered from multiple sources. Determine the data requirements and analysis procedures best suited to yield conclusive results.
oMonitor and report on competitive, industry, technology & regulatory trends to ensure that Connolly is positioned to adapt to market challenges or capitalize on new opportunities.
oDevelop and communicate data-backed market sizing and opportunity analysis.
oFollow competitors for their product offerings, technologies, capabilities and limitations.
Requirements
-Experienced professional with a BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering, MBA Preferred
-Minimum of 3 years of management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or financial management and analytical experience
-Ability to research, synthesize and present relevant industry trends and findings. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook) Demonstrate strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
