Mrs. Green's Natural Market seeks energetic food lovers to join the beverage bar. With a focus on local and organic produce, we serve high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and fresh juices. We seek to offer something for everyone from almond milk cappuccinos and non-dairy soft serve to shots of wheatgrass and coconut butter in smoothies. On the beverage bar team, you will help create daily beverage specials, handcraft espresso drinks with latte art, and contribute to making every customer's experience fun and memorable.
For Baristas duties include: serving coffee, juices, and smoothies to high-quality standard in a fast-paced environment; maintaining equipment; keeping a clean and organized workspace; contributing to a cooperative family of staff with a positive and professional attitude; stocking and prepping produce.
For Lead Baristas in addition to Barista's duties include: supervising the beverage bar staff of 6-8 baristas; leading the team to create drinks consistently with excellent service; training new baristas; managing and ordering inventory; inventing daily specials; mediating customer complaints; maintaining positive and productive relationships with all team members as well as with other departments.
