Sales Analytics and Reporting

Essential Functions:
The Sales Strategy Analyst will be an active project team member on key sales initiatives. He/She will partner with Sales Strategy and Information Technology team members to complete problem solving and analysis for assigned projects. Work typically includes designing analyses and reports to support key initiatives, navigating the complex datawarehouse, incorporating business context and logic, and supporting the development and deployment of key initiatives.

Knowledge / Qualifications / Skills /
Experience:
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Superior Excel & Access skills, especially with higher analytics and modeling (e.g. vlookups, sumifs, pivots).
Experience with SQL, Microstrategy, or statistics programming a plus
High initiative and time management skills. Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
Good team player and communicator. Highly collaborative style. Ability to positively multi-task in a matrixed environment

Experience
Bachelors degree required, preferably in quantitative field (e.g. math, computer science, physics, statistics)
Experience working with and analyzing data and reports preferred.
Hospitality experience strongly preferred
