Are you a Recruiter looking to manage the full-cycle talent process at an energetic fast growing company? The McIntyre Group is seeking an agency or corporate recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment process at a fantastic company in Norwalk, CT.
Some of the responsibilities will include: managing outside recruiting resources, assist with development of new positions, schedule interviews, placing recruitment advertisements, manage relationships with potential candidates, utilizing sourcing and marketing techniques, and leading the offer stages and negotiations.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Five plus years of Recruitment experience, agency preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Career Builder
Experience with Taleo preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
