AIG Business Partners (AIG BP) is looking for experienced senior business analysts who are passionate about driving change and producing the insight needed to solve complex technical and operational challenges. The new Business Analyst group will be responsible for playing critical roles in many of AIG BP's most important change efforts and is expected to be an important contributor to our long-term success.
Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst role will include:
Authoring business cases, and all supporting analysis and documents for new projects and programs
Defining detailed business requirements for high priority technical development efforts across AIG BP
Identifying high potential improvement opportunities across the group
Driving continuous improvement efforts across AIG BP and, where applicable, AIG as a whole
Producing high quality, insightful analysis and management reporting across the full range of AIG BP's activities We're looking for highly motivated individuals who can make an immediate impact within our group. Some of the key capabilities we're looking for include:
Extensive experience driving change within global, Fortune 50 / 100 organizations
Strong background in structured analysis (Strategic / Management Consulting, Quantitative modeling, Six Sigma / Lean, CMM, etc.)
Expert-level presentation development skills
Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
Experience developing dashboards and KPI's for executive and board level presentation
Ability to drive medium to large-scale projects and process improvement efforts with little to no supervision
Big '4' background a plus, as is an MBA (though not required)
