Core Reporting Lead

The Core Architecture and Common Components team is seeking a Core Reporting Lead to drive the implementation of the new reporting structure aligning business needs, technology standards and development and design of our reporting platforms. He/She will act as liaison between all the vertical reporting teams and the core teams supporting Risk, Finance and Investments driving consistency, client focused solutions enabling quicker to market products for our clients. Key responsibilities include:
Manages Core Reporting Team; Has matrix oversight over Vertical reporting teams
Responsible for determining approach for all new reporting solutions
Coordinate common development efforts across Verticals
Communicate best practices to Vertical reporting teams
Supervise the Offshore reporting team, Data Quality & Assurance and Data Governance teams
As a key member of the architecture team, define information technology solutions and guidelines for our organization

years in Reporting and Business Intelligence Applications
Proven leadership in complex matrixed organization and competing priorities
Ability to work in a team, across boundaries - ability to multi-task / self-sufficient
Ability to establish direction and drive progress and conflict resolution
Demonstrates initiative / pro-active - dedicated, reliable and detail oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - capable of dealing with diversity.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster working relationships with all stakeholders.
