Senior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:
Analyze the invoice/expense reports and receive approval from departments to make payments
Match invoices to purchase orders
Properly record and pay vendors by scheduling and preparing checks
Maintain accounting ledgers, post transactions, and ensure AP ledger is up to date
Reconcile monthly statements for vendor accounts by verifying all transactions
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment a plus
Maintain high level of accuracy with the ability to analyze & problem solve
Remain highly confidential with all financial information
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both with a team and independentlyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
