These Technical and Analytical roles will give the consultant an opportunity to use their experience with operations and business process to more fully leverage the Salesforce capabilities for our internal business practices. The Salesforce roles will work with the Director of Cloud Technology and all areas of the organization ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Salesforce. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and customer-centric environment. Responsibilities
Salesforce Technical

Develop and maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflows rules, validation rules, custom workflow, etc.
Manage and implement customization requests including creating workflow triggers, workflow alerts, automated email responses, etc.
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
Optimize security and integrity of our internal instance
Perform mass data imports/exports using the API or various import tools
Salesforce Development


Collaborate on and inform cross-functional teams of new feature technical design, requirements, limitations and implementation
Create and maintain technical documentation including updated system documentation, use and flow and Salesforce policies/procedures
Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce and application integration partners
Leverage sandboxes and change sets for all major development work, and follow best practices on deployments to production instance
Subject Matter Expertise and Business Acumen


Ability to understand the business requests of the Conga end user community, and translate those requests into specific process and system requirements
Work closely with internal and external customers and partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce and Conga products
Define technical solutions in Salesforce to support business processes
Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or development
Maintain a high degree of understanding of the various components of the cloud-computing ecosystem and must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Salesforce.com ecosystem
Assess and implement new technology solutions, both native to Salesforce.com & from Salesforce partners, to meet the constantly evolving needs of the business
Knowledge, Skills and Experience


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Administrator role
Demonstrated skill with Apex and VisualForce
Understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven environment
Data cleansing and import/export of large volumes of data
Strong understanding of relational databases
Salesforce.com Administrator and/or Force.com Developer Certification highly preferred
Experience in .NET, HTML and C#, and JavaScript a plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
