This role will have ownership over the NIVEA Creme &NIVEA lip care businesses in the U.S. TheBrand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the brandstrategy & marketing plans to drive profitable growth. This positionreports to the Director of Marketing, NIVEA Skin Care and is located in Wilton,CT.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategy for both NIVEA Lip Care and NIVEA Creme in the U.S. market to drive profitable growth.
Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plans in line with brand vision and financial objectives including working closely with agency partners. This includes promotions, FSI's, PR and digital/social media.
Develop and lead innovation projects, graphic and formula changes on both businesses working directly with the global teams and Director. Work closely with Market Research team to develop proposals and conduct research as needed.
Lead monthly business analysis including a deep understanding of brand performance and key drivers and a deep understanding of competitive performance, activities and key drivers. Translate business analysis into "so what" action plan on business.
Ownership of budget management across 2 brands including development of annual marketing budget, opening and closing PO's and tracking progress throughout the year.
Develop monthly forecast as part of broader S&OP process that influence financial targets and production forecast.
Redefine consumer target to identify strategic focus and growth opportunities for brand.
Partner with sales and go to market teams to develop winning strategies and sell-in stories for customers to secure incremental distribution.
Lead, motivate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure programs are progressing on track.
Development of executive presentations.
BS/BA in Science based degree and/or Marketing (MBA a plus).
Minimum 3-7 years brand management/ marketing experience (consumer packaged goods preferred).
Results oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
Demonstrate proven track record of driving brand growth with limited investment and resources.
Strong collaborator who can motivate and lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive business projects and results.
Strong business acumen with experience in business analysis and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management.
Passionate individual who has entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow the business and take on significant accountability.
Role does not have direct reports, so it requires an individual who has ability to demonstrate higher level thinking, but also able to execute.
Must have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle numerous responsivities across 2 brands.
Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Nielsen and/or IRI, SAP experience extremely helpful.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
