Are You Up For The Challenge?
This role will have ownership over the NIVEA Shower and New Categories businesses in the U.S. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy & marketing plans to drive profitable growth. This position reports to the Director of Marketing, NIVEA Personal Care and is located in Wilton, CT.
Develop recommendations with Director for the US Shower Care long-term vision and strategies.
Co-lead with Director: US Shower consumer insight research plan strategy, execution and analysis
Analyze portfolio and consumer market to recommend innovation pipeline for NIVEA Men's Care, working directly with the global teams and Director. Work closely with Supply Chain and R&D to manage development and Market Research team to develop proposals and test innovations as needed.
Perform ongoing category business analysis including a deep understanding of NIVEA brand performance and key drivers, and a deep understanding of competitive performance, activities and key drivers.
Lead brief development for integrated agency team of the annual marketing plans in line with brand vision and financial objectives. Work with Agency and Internal partners on execution of Activation programs, FSI's, PR, digital/social media, and shopper marketing programs.
Collaborate with sales and go-to-market team to develop winning strategies and sell-in stories for retail accounts.
Lead cross-functional team meetings and projects with Agenda, Minutes, and Action items.
Ownership of budget management including development of annual marketing budget and tracking progress throughout the year.
Coach, mentor and develop ABM Direct Report on Shower team, managing project lists, time management and priorities.
Lead, motivate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure programs are progressing on track.
Development of executive presentations
Lead monthly Marketing forecast as part of broader S&OP process that influence financial targets and production forecast.
REPORTS TO: Director, NIVEA Personal Care (Body Wash and Men's Care)
BS/BA in Science based degree and/or Marketing (MBA a plus).
Minimum 3-7 years brand management/ marketing experience (consumer packaged goods preferred).
Results oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
Demonstrate proven track record of driving brand growth with limited investment and resources.
Strong collaborator who can motivate and lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive business projects and results.
Strong business acumen with experience in business analysis and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management.
Passionate individual who has entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow the business and take on significant accountability.
Must have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle numerous responsivities across 2 brands.
Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Nielsen and/or IRI, SAP experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
