Are You Up For TheChallenge?
The Account Manager isresponsible for delivering profitable sales and market share growth at theircustomer through fully leveraging the capabilities, assets and functions withinthe organization and through building and maintaining strong retailerrelationships that proactively pursue joint business opportunities.
Execute and successfully negotiate brand strategy to secure4P deliverables through linking BDF objectives with the customer strategy,shopper profile and through leveraging account unique assets.
Development and management of Joint Business Plans which includes monthly updates for the account, key account personnel and BDF.
Build and sustain strong relationships both internally and with customers. Successfully collaborate to resolve conflict.
Conduct and share cross-functional, systematic reviews ofaccount plans and performance.
Drive sales profitably. Optimize financial performancethrough strong P&L management, brand mix, trade efficiencies and continuousROI analysis and improvement.
Deliver monthly forecasting, trade funding mandates and timely deduction management.
Ensure timely communication with potential solutions for account/customerperformance issues.
Lead the development of account specific, customized POS reports, category management reports, trend analyses and shopper insights that deliver fact based selling, sales stories and recommendations for account growth with both the customer and BDF.
Create, build and execute a winning eCommerce/Omnichannel strategy.
Maintenance of a strong voice for the Account Team at BDF HQ by being a vocal advocate for Account's needs during interactions with cross-functional internal teams.
2-5 years required, CPG sales/account management experiencepreferred.
Strong working knowledge of account specific systems.
Strong knowledge of CPG industry and account.
Strong use of Nielsen Nitro ? required.
Excellent computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word& Powerpoint.
Negotiation skills.
Strong financial acumen and forecast management.
Excellent analytical & business report writing skills.
Exceptional communication skills, with ability to present,sell-in ideas.
BS Degree in Business or related field. MBA preferred.
Travel required (approximately 30-50%) to customers,customer events, store visits, industry events, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
