Beiersdorf Inc. is seeking a courageousindividual who will challenge the status quo to guide us in achieving categorymanagement excellence, simplify our business processes, build trust withcolleagues and partners and show care to our customers and shoppers.
The purpose of this role is to develop best inclass category insights based on a deep analysis of relevant data points and translateinto meaningful opportunities for our internal and external stakeholders. TheCategory Management Team Lead will be responsible for leading, managing anddeveloping two direct reports. The Team Lead is an operational manager and willbe assigned a portfolio of categories to manage as a member of the CategoryManagement team.
Leadthe Category Management team
Definelong term category strategy and category visions based on knowledge of thespecific category, channels, market dynamics and company objectives.
Provideclear and actionable category insights based on shopper insights/understandings, consumer research, data analysis and market trends/ conditions.
Identifycategory management project opportunities in conjunction with sales anddisseminate across the team for completion.
Defineand drive assortment priorities by category /channel/ region; identifyopportunities to close distribution gaps, work with the sales team to closethese gaps and track distribution.
Developcategory flows and core layout recommendations. Work with sales to identifyopportunities to improve retailer category layouts and develop action plans/rationalesupporting change.
Monitorand track 'share of shelf' by customer and core category.
Manage,co-ordinate and maintain the budget for all data contracts (with the exceptionof Nielsen).
Workon developing an ideal store concept that brings together best practices acrossthe 4 P's.
Drivethe innovation and range re-launch 'go to market' process by creating categorycontext, rationale and argumentation to justify retailer support at a nationaland channel level.
BS/BAin relevant field, Marketing/Business Administration preferred
+5years of experience in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods experience orrelevant agency experience preferably.
Thinkstrategically and increase effectiveness at achieving overall strategies in ahighly collaborative environment.
Abilityto interpret and carry out shopper communication objectives to ensure reason-tobuy is readily apparent on finished deliverables.
Manageprojects with deadlines to meet customer needs.
Developstrong relationships across many functions and external partners.
Strongoral and written communication skills to influence and secure cross-functionalsupport.
Musthave excellent analytical skills and business acumen to build strong businesscases for change.
Stronganalytics and systems skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, SAP) to use promotiondatabases, financial reporting and promotional analysis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
