The Regional Broker Manager will be responsiblefor maximizing broker support to drive profitable sales growth across a broadrange of customers. The successful candidate must be an expert at buildingrelationships across a variety of stakeholders internally and externally. Theindividual will be a self-starter, operate with an entrepreneurial spirit andembody the passion to deliver results in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic directionto brokers to build customer business plans that align to BDF's brandobjectives, strategies and tactics
Ensure customer businessplans are executed and hold brokers accountable for delivering on commitments
Leverage multiple brokers to execute4P deliverables with a strong focus on distribution
Attend all major categoryreviews at top accounts and secure distribution on new items
Maintain an external focus on our customers and ensure their needs are communicated to our internal business partners
Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, and customers
Optimize financialperformance to deliver profitable sales growth. Manage the P&L for assignedregion and continuously evaluate opportunities to drive efficiencies
Deliver monthly forecasting, trade funding mandates and timely deduction management.
Address customer performanceissues in a timely manner and ensure gap closing opportunities are availablefor execution as needed
Assist Broker Lead in developing Broker Excellence standards focused on maximizing the return on third party investment
Assist Broker Lead in developing/tracking annual broker objectives, strategies and KPIs
Provide Ad Hoc support on the day to day operations of broker management
REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years required, CPGsales/account management experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of andexperience working with brokers
Strong knowledge of CPGindustry and account.
Demonstrated ability to takeinitiative and be proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Strong use of Nielsen Nitro ?required.
Excellent computer literacyskills, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Negotiation skills.
Strong financial acumen andforecast management.
Excellent analytical &business report writing skills.
Exceptional communicationskills, with ability to present, sell-in ideas.
BS Degree in Business orrelated field. MBA preferred.
Travel required(approximately 30-50%) to customers, customer events, store visits, industryevents, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
